Brussels Airlines Office in Banjul

Hey, I visited the Brussels Airlines Office in Banjul for help with my booking and had a mostly positive experience. The staff was friendly and explained the ticket change and baggage policies clearly. I appreciated their patience and professionalism while handling my request. However, the waiting time was a bit long, which made the process slower. The ticket change fees also seemed a bit high, but overall, my issue was resolved smoothly and I left satisfied.
